All of our locations — including our Ahwatukee store — offer local and statewide shipping (additional charges may apply). Note that we do not deliver out of state. We require that someone at least 18 years old is there to accept and sign for the delivery when we arrive with your delivery. Also be sure that any doorways, hallways, and stairways are wide enough for us to get your item through (measure before you buy!). If installation is required, please make sure that all water and gas connections are free of corrosion. We also ask that you secure any pets when we arrive. The delivery team will uncrate your item with you to make sure it is the accurate make and model and to check for damage. We’ll put your item where you’d like it in your residence, and appliances will be leveled and tested to make sure they are connected properly. Keep in mind that our delivery team cannot move furniture, electronics, or any personal items, and they cannot make connections through floors or old ductwork.
