Our Gilbert Spencer’s — and all others — offers delivery to Maricopa County and beyond! While we do offer statewide delivery, please note that we do not deliver out of state. We require that someone at least 18 years old is at home when we deliver, so they can sign off on the delivery. We ask that you ensure doorways, hallways, and stairways are wide enough for our delivery team to deliver your product, so be sure to measure your home and your product before you order. For installation, please make sure all water and gas connections are free of corrosion before we arrive, as well. We also ask that you secure all pets. When we arrive with your product, we will uncrate your item with you to ensure it is the accurate make and model and free of damage. We will place the item where you’d like it within your residence. Appliances will be leveled and tested to make sure they are connected properly before our team leaves. Our delivery personnel are not allowed to move furniture, electronics, or any personal items, and they cannot make connections through floors or old ductwork.
