If your product is damaged during shipping, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Damage must be noted at time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it. But, you will be responsible for any and all costs of return to Spencer’s, and any discounts needed to resell the product, which could be as much as 50% of the original cost. Special order merchandise is not eligible for a return.
